HERITAGE


Nyonya, or Peranakan cuisine is a hybrid between traditional Chinese and Malay cooking from the Straits of Malacca.


Consumed during the Dragonboat Festival, our Straits Chinese style glutinous rice dumplings are lovingly  handmade. 


Once in a blue moon, we must rock our heritage!


FLAVOR

The rice is characterized by its gorgeous blue color from butterfly pea flower. Encased within is a Kurobuta pork belly braise of shiitake, chestnut & winter melon candy, infused with coriander & wrapped in fragrant bamboo leaves. 

Sweet, savory & earthy. 


Delivered hot or cold, these are good for up to a week in the fridge, or frozen for up to 2 months. Reheat by boiling or steaming in its bamboo wrapper for 15-20mins.
